Agency Principal
As the Agency Principal, Ray holds the title of founder of Kerber Insurance Associates and the President of Falcon Secured. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University. Ray has been educated and licensed in the financial services industry including the Certified Financial Planning curriculum. He is currently licensed for Property & Casualty, Life, Health Disability, and Long-Term Care. Ray is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, South Carolina, Florida, Oregon and California. He and his two daughters, enjoy the beach and regularly visit family in Ocean City, NJ.

Michele Peacock
Project Manager
Michele is our Project Manager with over 16 years experience in the insurance industry. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. Michele has been licensed and holds a CISR designation. She helps our team stay organized, setup training and ensures our clients have a great experience with us. Michele is also a local humanitarian, working with the school district, cancer charities and is actively involved in helping families in need through her sister’s non-profit organization, Peace & Shake.

Rachel McGuckin
Account Specialist
Rachel is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. She received her Bachelor of Science from Albright College. Rachel has been a licensed insurance agent for 19 years and holds a CISR designation. As our Account Specialist, Rachel helps to support the clients by answering questions about coverages all while supporting the account managers and the Agency Principal. Rachel is active outdoors, hands on in several schools and enjoys spending time with her family.

Julia Ciliberto
Personal Lines Account Manager
Julia is a lifelong resident of Ambler, Montgomery County. She received her Associates Degree in Liberal Studies from Montgomery County Community College. Julia joined us as an intern in 2019 when she quickly learned quoting and was ultimately promoted to our Personal Lines Account Manager in 2020. Julia manages the day-to-day policy service for current and new clients, she also works directly with the Producers and Account Specialist to construct new policies and assist with policy changes. Julia is detailed and proficiently navigates our agency management system and software applications. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and helps with child care at St Anthony’s of Padua parish in Ambler, PA.

Emma Mariotz
Commercial Lines Account Manager
Emma is a lifelong resident of Fort Washington, Montgomery County. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Gwynedd Mercy University. Emma is the Commercial Lines Account Manager handling the daily management of business accounts including Builders Risk policies, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation and Professional Liability. She is truly a rising star in the insurance industry, her detailed oriented nature and responsiveness have resonated with our clients and our team. She is responsible for workflow management and policy documentation. Emma is regularly involved in the local community where she enjoys working with children.
